Respected sir,
I mohammad rafi, resident of hyderabad. I purchased a life insurance policy with icici prudential life insurance co. Ltd on my name, bearing policy no : 22007787. Premium of this policy was rs. 1, 18, 525. I purchased this policy against my home loan from icici but as the policy is not as per my expectations, i have immediately contacted the agent and discuss the same he told ok we will talk again for it after 3 days when i have not got any confirmation from the agent i again called n asked for cancellation then he is not at all interested to cancel my policy and even trying to compromise me.
I still didn’t get the document to my address and i was concerned many of the terms are not as per my requirement. I fail to understand that where am i at the fault when i made call to the agent informing him to stop the process that i am not interested in the policy but he had processed my application.
I think the clarification above is sufficient and i request to understand my situation. I am pleasening you to cancel my policy and i should not suffer for unnecessary reason where the fault is not mine.
So, please look into this matter on earliest
