Multiple calls on telephone no. [protected] and mail at [protected]@iciciprulife.com is non responsive so far i am being informed technical issue and not responding to my several requests in this regard. The tall claim of icici prudential that claim settlement ratio is 98% is a misnomer. My policy no. 14483216 matured on 7.9.2020. Money not credited to my account as at 9.9.2020.
