This is regarding the deceprencies in verbral discussion and in written conditions regarding icici prudential policies. I have approached for cancellation of my policy but no response after they have received the premium. In fact i did applied immediately afetr application for cancellation but to my surprise they did the policy immediately and sent it by post, I complained to their concerned grivences redressal officer but no respose. My policy is under process.i have checked my policy details. Policy not included Accidental Death coverage. Pl.include Accidental Death Coverage in my policy.i will deposit charges against that.
