[Resolved]  ICICI Prudential Life Insurance — issuance of policies by fraudulent staff

COMPLAINT It is submitted that I had following two policies in the name of my daughter SHEETAL SONI :-- No. 09325408 sum assured Rs. 1, 50, 000.00 HY Prem. Rs 15000.00 (YLY Rs. 30, 00o.00) No.[protected]do- Rs. 1, 00, 000.00 YLY Prem Rs. 20, 000.00 I received so many calls from : Divyank Tripathi, Fund manager- Mob No. o[protected] Land Line NO.[protected] Mr. Abhishek, Maketing executive. Mob 91 [protected] Mr. Manish Marketing executive Mob. No. [protected] Ms Shreya -do- Land Line [protected] Numerous calls in a very courteous way were made to me explaining- how to manage the policies and what benefits can be drawn. Specially from Mr Divyank Tripathi Mr. Tripathi categorically told me if I surrender these two policies and take another ones under Guaranteed Savings Insurance Plan then he can get me the benefits of the bonus on the previous policies and also guaranteed redemption of the fresh policies with all benefits.within a year . His consistent follow up made me surrender the two above noted policies and also made me invest Rs. 88, 000.00 in five policies as follows Policy No. Premium Mode 17140941 Rs. 20, 000.00 YLY 17141077 Rs. 30, 000.00 YLY 17253730 Rs. 12, 600.00 YLY 17253720 Rs. 12, 900.00 YLY 17253717 Rs. 12, 600.00 YLY Till August 2013 Mr Divyank Tripathi was in constant touch with me and every time he specifically promised that all the benefits would be sent to me at my home address in September or latest in October 2013. But suddenly he disappeared from the scene and none of the above noted persons are available on the phones which are either switched off or not reachable or disconnected. This has given birth to suspect something fishy in this whole episode . If such is the team THE PRUDENTIAL LIFE is engaging to grab the business from the innocent customers On flimsy and fraudulent grounds then the COMPANY ha s to review its status in the market and is answerable to the Statutory Authorities. Now I would like to know as to where do I stand? I have lost while surrendering the prev. policies and getting the new ones which I actually do not need.
