ICICI Prudential Life Insurance — My premium paid on 27th december has not been applied

I made a payment of 11, 622 on 27th Dec, 2020, towards my life insurance 22147003.
The payment has not been applied and I am getting mails to pay 17k to renew policy.

Policy number: 22147003

Where has my payment gone, and why has it not been applied yet.
Please look into this and let me know.
your customer care number does not work, it disconnects me after few entries on IVR.
