ICICI Prudential Life Insurance — Need to know EXACT PF NUMBER And UAN NUMBER

Dear Sir/Mam,

I was working with the icici prudential for 1 year and more & in my salary slip my pf account is mention as my employee id i.e. 573525. but while checking on epfo site this is showing as invalid. So please provide me exact pf number with establishment code.
