Hi I cancelled my proposal within 5-6 days of making the payment and that was well thinking the free lookup period and yet Im not getting any clarity on when I will get the refund..

Everytime I write to their customer service, I get an email saying that we are sorry for the delay and we are working on your issue
Please help me in getting my money back, it's worst company ever..
