This is with regards to my SmartKid Policy: 00962026 which has matured on 16th June 2022. As per email from ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Ltd, the pay-out was to be credited to my registered bank account on 16th June 2022. However, the same has NOT been processed.
I visited the ICICI Prudential Life insurance ltd, Branch at Ghatkopar, Mumbai on 17th June 2022 & enquired the matter. I was informed that the direct credit has been initiated via PRN[protected] & was asked to wait for 24 hours. No credit was made to my bank account based on the confirmation provided by the branch customer service agent.
On 18th June 2022, I again gave a written complaint to the ICICI Prudential Life insurance ltd, Branch at Ghatkopar, Mumbai (Branch 1921) for which another call ID was generated.
Several complaints/calls were made in reference to my grievances:

I regret to state that even after several visits to branch office of ICICI Prudential Life insurance, phone calls to customer service, email to Grievance officer/Senior Grievance officers/Management & SRU, I have still not received any positive response or updates from ICICI Prudential Life Insurance on my payment.
This demonstrates the unethical and unprofessional attitude of the insurance company towards its customer. Even after raising call back request from SRU, there was No response to my request Was this information helpful? |
