ICICI Securities — money multiplier bond

I have 4 bonds issued in may 99 with redemption date of april 2023. The emails sent to [protected]@icici and [protected]@icici... Have yielded no results. They have no clue about the bonds. My visit to branch - they stated that they couldn't trace the bonds and to give my details and to [protected]@icicibank.com... Back to square one. Can anyone guide me?

Please canceal my icici credit card no [protected]. Inflated bill generated. I donot want to use it. In begiining it was said no charges will be there. But rs approx 500 bill generated.

My certificate number is 20957 and bondholder number is 3208084. My bonds were to be redeemed on 31st October 2018 however I have not received any amount in my knowledge.
Kindly help me to know the current status of the same and if the money is lying unpaid then what procedure has to be followed to initiate the credits into my account.
