Having pcns of 100 issued on 17/6/1997. I have not redeemed the pcns on the respective dates mentioned in the certificate since i have misplaced it. I am giving the particular of the above and kindly inform me about how i can redeemed it and to whom it should sent.

Note folio m004684 certificate no.26639 and 26640 in the name of mrs malathy jagannathan with distinctive no[protected] to[protected] and[protected] to[protected].
I am having a demat account also.
