ICICI Securities — NON credit of amount after rejected MF transactions

I have made 3 MF orders on July 14th and these transactions were rejected on 22nd July and till date (Aug 12th), I have not received the amount back to my DEMAT account. This is a sum of money over 10L and as a customer I cannot wait to get the refund. It needs to be resolved at the earliest
