Icms Lic — Claim for my father's policy is not sanctioned past 2 months

Policy holder name: ST Ramachandran

After my Father's death, I had claimed for his policy amount .
Submitted all the necessary documents, like death certificate, Aadhar card, pan card, original policy and nominee documents, bank details for transfer of money.
It been 2 months since the claim. I have not received any claim money. Please do the needful.
