wrong date of birth in the policy records

I've submitted my date of birth proof document which is my xth class marks sheet. As per the submitted docyment, the date of birth is[protected]. But in the lic records, the date is recorded as[protected].
This is the mistake from the lic records perspective. Please correct the same. Else, i may face further problems.

maturity claim settlement on policy no 614260616
Sir i am parimala padaki i am having the policy no[protected] the plan is 61 the policy is serviced by vijayanagar branch 61x. The last premium is paid on oct 2016 now the policy is due for maturity on 28 10 2017 but till date i have not yet received any intimation from branch hence i request you look in to the matter my mobile number is [protected]. I have taken the above policy in single mode under table no 191 when given for surrender office is saying master is missing. Imade complaint to cairman on dated 03/08/2016. Bit no action taken. Letter is attached.

My policy[protected] which I am paying from ecs but last january 2016 my premium was not deduct from my bank account that time I am giving photos of my account and tell me my fault and why I will pay late fees its not my fault and I am not responsible for this work. plz help for no fees

1. I am having immense difficulties in claiming the amount stated in the policy. None of the procedures laid out by your staff at mumbai (Branch 884) were helpful in claiming the amount.
2. I had submitted my claim form at lic office (Branch 884) 4th floor, bombay mutual bldg., dr. D. N road, fort, mumbai, maharashtra 400001
3. After which i have been notified that lic has been sending excess payment of rs.140/- per month since the last 6 years.
4. I have then been intimated by your staff that i have to return the amount. I fail to understand how such an embarrassing error can occur on behalf of your firm.
5. This harassment is unacceptable as the customer is made to suffer for no fault of theirs. To make such a mistake and then shamelessly ask to make amends is deplorable.
please rectify and explain the steps in each and every detail required to ensure that the claim amount is refunded by you.
It has also been more than three days since i have submitted my email about these grievances for which there is still no reply.

we have brought an LIC policy with the policy no bearing[protected] in the name of my husband G.Maria Francis. As he died on 25th August 2016, i have applied for the claim on 3rd Oct 2016 with all the relevant docuements. But unfortunately still now we haven't recieved our claim and we dont know the status regarding it.

Grievance against untimely delay in clearance of death sum assured policy 580080007

I am disheartened to inform you the subject mentioned grievance. I had visited the divisional office of lic of india at nupatna cuttack regarding my late father sanjeeb kumar swain’s document submission so that the assured sum for death could be processed. I have proactively submitted the same on 1st week of march 2017 for policy no:[protected]. The documents presented below along with the original policy bond were submitted at the divisional office in nupatna cuttack.
As highlighted in attached email, irrespective of my repeated attempts, the regional office has not responded to any on my queries and are not disbursing my late father’s amount citing issues which a consumer like me, plays no role.
I am writing this email seeking immediate disbursal of my amount. I am hoping to get due response form lic india in addressing my issue, on failure of which i would be directed to register a petition against lic india at delhi high court.

I have submitted the subject policy for surrender for full value on 24th january 2017 at residency road branch (Bo 614) coming under divisional office no. Do36. I have visited the branch many times but they are not in a position since the policy is showing lapsed.in this regard i wish to inform that it is a single premium policy for plan/term 122/16/01 and the maturity falls on february 2017,
Almost four months elapsed but till date they have not settled the amount. Hence, i request your goodselves to kindly look into the matter and arrange for settling the claim immediately and oblige

Complaint marked as Resolved LIC of India has not taken any steps to resolve the issue. The branch is situated in residency road. Bangalore Branch code bo 614 comes under Divisional office DO2 situated in Indira nagar, bangalore. branch phone no. 22966843 and DO phone no. 22966812. Survival benefit not paid for my policy no 752744254

My policy no is[protected]. The survival benefit for the police is on 24.04.2017. Ihave already submitted neft form for the policy. I have not so for received my survival benefit till date. I have directly contacted the branch on 26.04.17 and 02.05.17. But i have not get fruitful results. Please do the favour. I have complaint through rti also today.

LIC purposely delaying payment of policy no: 785330698 in NRE A/C

Dear Sirs.
I have paid from my NRE account by CHEQUE an amount of RS: 4, 85, 754 as single premium to LIC for purchasing a policy, along with all the required supporting documents and subsequently LIC has issued the policy to me as the policy number[protected] on 28/07/2011.
And the policy was issued from Trivandrum branch and later I have requested to transfer the policy to nearby my native place branch in Ratlam BO_34N.
The policy maturity date is on 28/07/2017, but due to my personal reason, I wish to surrender the policy, For that I have submitted ALL THE REQUIRED DOCUMENTS ALONG WITH ORIGINAL POLICY BOND to the Ratlam Branch on 07/11/2016 and requested the branch to credit the Surrender Value of my policy to MY NRE account since I have paid the FULL premium from my NRE ACCOUNT.
But unfortunately the branch has refused to credit the Surrender Value to my NRE account and they have not replay to my any mail and whenever i am calling them they are telling that still their higher officials from INDORE are not replying, so you please go and do the complain at this web site at least you get some reply in two days.
Sir, Still I am NRE and since I paid from my NRE ACCOUNT, I SHOULD GET THE AMOUNT BACK TO MY NRE ACCOUNT ONLY.
Till now the money is NOT credited to my account. I have submitted the premium paid cheque copy and all the required documents, but still its pending from LIC. What kind of service you are providing to a customer. The branch told me many reasons with I am not convinced and not satisfied and I am waiting from 7TH November 2016 onwards.
Now, I herewith request you to look in to this matter and kindly do the need full to credit the surrender value amount ALONG WITH LATE INTEREST TO MY NRE ACCOUNT WHICH IS ALL READY SUBMITTED IN THE BRANCH
Also I herewith attach the copies of the cheque, policy copy for your reference.
I WONDER & SURPRISED HOW LIC DEAL AND CARE FOR THEIR COUSTOMER, IT IS WORST KIND OF SERVICE AND RESPONSE EVER RECEIVED IN MY LIFE, ONCE I GET MY MONEY BACK I WILL NEVER SEE FACE OF LIC

Complete papers of claim submitted to unit no.1 ludhiana duty acknowledged under office stamp on 5.3.15
payment was recieved/credited in our account on 28.9.15 i.E after 6 months 23 days .
Beside our various letters dated 30.9.15, 16.10.15, 26.2.16, 29.4.2016, 1.9.2016, 27.9.2016, 27.10.2016, requested for intrest on late payment but no response at all.

Your ICMS Company representative had cheated with me through this mobile no.-[protected] on 04/01/2016, I have submitted a complaint about death claim under policy no.[protected] on 02/01/2016 through online, then he instructed me to transfer Rs.15000+5900/- two times as security money to pay, the card no is[protected] and A/C no -[protected] of Mr. Sonu Ram of house no.-437, Debipuria-1, Bhawan Road, Bulandsharh, Dist- Bulandshrah, U.P.
Due to help of making the said death claim as your representative .I have submitted a complaint against this mobile no.-[protected] few days ago.
Have you taken any action against your representative ?
I have sent scan copies of my passbook in your e-mail on 04/01/2016-(support.[protected]@gmail.com). as per instruction of your cheater representative .

Sir, your icms company has cheated with me. your representative Mr. kabadi Sukka has instructed by his mobile no [protected] to transfer rupees 15000-/ + 5900/- from my SBI account no [protected] to a/c payee card no[protected] which SBI account no [protected] of Mr. Sonu Ram your others representative of house no 437 debipura - 1 Bhawan Road, Bulandshr in the district Bulandshr, UP, Pin - 203001 due to making settle death claim policy no[protected] on 04/01/2016. He has told me to send my SBI passbook and said policy bond by scan his email support.[protected]@india.com, and i have done it. I think your company shall not any help to anyone.
