regarding non refund of money for policy 127960379

I have taken a policy[protected] through a telecall through an agent and after taking the policy I didn't get the bond paper till one year. I went to the LIC office and found the policy was made from Delhi 11K branch. I followed up multiple times but didn't get the bond paper and finally requested to give my money back through cooling off. Since then I sent multiple emails to the Delhi branch but didn't get my money back.
Its around 3 years now but I am still waiting for my money. This is not expected from such one of the most trusted company in India.

Respected sir,
Applicant: i am timmappa t naik, ihave purchased n lic jeevan sarala plan for n10 years term sum assuresd 500000/- dtd.17/03/2008, dnadeli branch dandeli uttar kannada district. Karnataka state.
I have paid premium yearly rs.24020 *10 total amount of rs 240200/-17/03/2019 maturity date lic sent maturity discharge form mention the amount 94880/- and loylity amount of rs 40324/- total of rs.135204/- asking the lic office at home branch danedli. Not corcect reply to me. Who are resposible of my loss of amount of rs.117000/- by filling to me, really i shok i don"t wont lic loylity and basic amount, actullay i have paid of rs.240, 200/- the amount is refund from lic

I Mr. Anil Mahadev Belitkar have a taken jeevan akshay policy on[protected] bearing no is[protected] amount Rs.10 lakh and i am getting 5000 Rs as a pension per month for this policy.
Since last 6 months I am suffering from heart disease, so that doctors advised for the open heart surgery. I had applied for refund amount for my medical purpose, I have already submitted all hospital and policy documents at branch office and divisional office but still I didn't get the reply from divisional and branch office. I need of fund for medical treatment and no other option than end of my life.In case I have lost my life then your company will be responsible for that.so take fast action on my requirement.

survival benefit payment under policy no. 126505531
I was transfer my policy number[protected] on 11/9/17 from branch 11k to 34f.
My first sb is due at 11k branch side.
They was not co prate.
I was submitted my neft documents to 11k and 34f branches but till date i am not get my sb amount.
Please resolve my problem and also paid interest to my sb amount which is pending at lic end till 24 months.

I have submitted the papers of payment of maturity amount of policy no.[protected] of sh. Ashok kumar yadav in lic hisar-1 branch. No action is taken by the branch till now.
I also requested crm, rohtak and ps rohtak on 20.09.2018 regarding lack of action by the hisar-1 branch. No action is taken by rohtak office also.
This the second time, i put my complaint here. Earlier it was done on 8.10.2018.

I have submitted my matured Policy at Naroda Branch - 83U Ahmedabad with all required documents in March'18. They asked for NOC from Financial Institute which was provided in March end. Since last 4 months following with Mayur and Branch Manager Mr. Balu to get my payment.
I hear many reasons for it but did not received by payment yet.
Team has directed me to write to their Higher authority too which did not pay any result till date.
Need support from you to help me getting my matured policy payment

Sir, mere bade bhai late ashish sharma ka 23/10/2017 ko dehant ho gaya tha jiski information maine aapke office me di thi aur mane death claim ka form complete karke aapke office me submitt bhi kar diya tha jiski receiving slip mai attech kar raha hun. Sir mere bhai ki sadi ho gai thi jinke parivar me unki wife aur do chhote bacche (son 07 & daughter 08years) bhi hain, sir bhai ki death ko 09 month ho gaye hain aur tab se poore parivar ki financial condition bahut kharab hai aur sir lic hi ek matra sahara h jisse parivar ki madad ho sakti h, isiliye sir aapse hath jodkar vinamra nivedan hai ki aap mere parivar ki condition ko samjhe aur death claim ka jo bhi amount banti ho usse jald se jald parivar ko dene ka kast kare, is dayawan kaam ke liye poora parivar aapka hamesa aabhari rahega.thanku.

परन्तु मेरा ट्रान्सफर होने से गलती से 3 माह की क़िस्त मेरी सेलेरी कट गयी जिसकी कुल राशी 11892 रुपये थी,
जिसकी सूचना मेने अपने ब्रांच में 5 माह पूर्व कर दी थी परन्तु अभी तक मुझे कोई रिफंड नही मिला

Dear sir
I have taken two policy through Mr kundan devnani( lic agent 0059635D) in the year of April 2005. After enrollment I am giving premium regularly.
My both policy number is[protected] sum of assured Rs 300000 and policy number[protected] sum of assured Rs 105000.
The both policy commencement date is[protected]. I am paying yearly premium regularly.
Since beginning i have not received the policy document, may be it misplaced by courier services.
On[protected] i submitted the all documents copy to get the duplicate policy in your service branch 35D but after submitting the documents i get only one duplicate policy document[protected]. Till now i didn't get the duplicate for[protected].
I am unable to understand till now why i didn't get the duplicate for[protected] after submitting the documents. I am regularly inquiring the duplicate document for policy number[protected] on regular basis in your Bhopal MP nagarservice branch 35D.
Sir its my humble request to proceed it for duplicate and clear my case.

none payment of 2nd installment after the death of policy holder

Dear Sir,
My wife Smt. Vandna policy holder of policy no.[protected] &[protected] has died in an accident on 07/10/2017 and I am the nominee of these policies. I deposited these policies with all relevant papers in November 2017 and I got 1st instalment of Rs.99400.00 dated 21.11.2017 as 1st instalment of policy no.[protected] and Rs.290000.00 dated 08/06/2018 as 1st instalment of policy no.56085853.
Now, more than six months passed and no communication from the LIC offices nor crediting the fund in my account. I am waiting for the 2nd instalment of the both policies, kindly look in to the matter.
I also confirm that there is no default in the payment of those policy premium. I am working as senior manager in Canara Bank and presently posted in Leicester, UK. Follow up from the UK for the our genuine right is hassle for me.

With due respect and subdued sorrow i am sorry to inform you that, i am pintu orang s/o - kartick chandra orang residing at vill-ichapur, po-tatla, ps-chakdaha, dist.-nadia, pin-741222 (Wb)
I have a policy in lic of india having no.[protected], doc-28/12/2013, sa-300000, premium 3784.00, agent[protected],, do-1231042, due from-6/2014 to 12/2016. I had revived the policy on 17/2/2017 with the amount of 46115.00 which was 20115.00 in cash and 26000.00 in cheque
Unfortunately the cheque amount has become cd. So csah amount should come into deposit tht is 20115.00 but i am not getting that amount, for that i have tried a lot and went to kalyani brach and approached but not getting any feed back, officially i have sent mail so many times but not getting any feed back.
There for i pray the authority to take a necessity step so that i get back my amount as soon as possible and oblige me.

Sir. I am ajay kumar k v holdet of above said policy which is matured. It is a painful action of lic br taliparamba (79c) that my maturity payment is suspended for technical error. Sir, i am an ordinary man who earns a meagre wage. I do not know much about your technical problem. This is to inform you that i danish sabir holds lic policy no.[protected] of dbo-231 kanpur.
With regret i have to inform you that i have not recieved policy bond till date. And the policy has been taken on 05/08/2015.
I am fed up of taking follow ups in dbo and do office but no help i have got. That i am writing because i need my policy bond as soon as possible.

We have received dab of the same dla (Lt arun buragohain) under lici policy numbers[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[...⇄ and[protected] from lici, naharkatia branch underjorhat division. But four of the mentioned policies[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected] has not been received yet inspite of repeated query and application. My husband died on 17/05/2011. I have received dab of 10 policies on 05.06.2017. We have received death benefit of basic sum assured on 24/01/2012.
Now we are waiting for the payment of dab under the policy numbers[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected].

payment of maturity amount with interest on policy number 616062031- suma m
Maturity was due on 28.2.2018. Change of address not noted though provided. Policy was done by employee under ceis. Maturity intimation was not sent, citing the reason change of address not given. Employee had provided name, sr no., place of working and permanent address in the proposal form. Though i have claimed interest by giving a requisition to the branch, interest is not paid. Kindly arrange to pay interest for late settlement of maturity claim. Neft registered with the branch at the time of proposal. I request early settlement and a line of reply from you.

The above policy is in my name i. E malik ram maurya. The policy has matured on 05.03.2018 but in spite of my several personal visits and giving application on 19/02/2018&03/04/2018 to your naveen nagar, kanpur (Branch no. 23h), i am not being provided option forms.
Consequently i am unable to get maturity benefits even after expiry of 51 day after maturity.
I want to draw your kind attention that as per pension bond terms ;terminal bonus is also payable with pension& monthly pension mentioned is rs 3923 but as verbally told by your office the system is showing too less amount of pension& bonus is not payable
Please look into the matter and do justice as it is not possible for me to visit time and again being an employee of a public sector undertaking.

This is bring to your kind notice. I have submitted all require hard copies documents in lic office sukhrali ranch office 12 m 7 th floor palmcourt building.20/4 mdi choke opp sector 14 gurgaon.
My corcern is i have not received amount. Still i am waiting from sep 2017 to till date. Please do the needful and i am sending soft copy also in attached mail.

I have already put several time complaint to the higher authority about the payment said sb claim but till date no any action taken regarding the claim from lic of india. maturity value not credited to bank account

My lic policy no[protected] has been matured on 04/03/2018 but the maturity amount has not been credited in my account so far. All documents have been submitted in time to the branch 129, moti nagar, new delhi.
Branch has already confirmed that they have received all the documents and also a message has been received for neft transfer.
Please help me to resolve this issue otherwise i have to lodge a complain to regulatory authority. Delay period interest must be paid to the undersigned along with surrender value...

My date of birth wrongly updated in my policy details so that, iam not able to login in lic customer portal,
My date of birth is 05/01/1975, for proof enclosed my aadhar card, pan card & signed request letter scan copy.

I like to infrom you that i had taken a jeevan arogyo policy at kalna branch. Pol no[protected] doc -21/06/17 claim int no 17012094 dt 23/10/17. Professionally i m a football player. When i was practiceing in the football ground unfortunately i fell down badly in the ground and feeling unbearable knee pain. Then i was taken local doctor by friend, he given me primary treatment and also given me advice to meet ortho specialist for better treatment. As per ortho specialist observation my right ligament was tear and he given me advice it will be better for future if i taken ligament surgery. As per doctor advice was done ligament surgery few day admitted in nursing home and after return home i was submitted all necessary claim related documents on18/10/17 and there after tpa issued a claim requirment letter. I submitted appropriate documents along with covering letter. But sir i sadly infrom you that till to day i neither getting any payment nor any letter or phone from your concerning office. Thow i was comunicated bm kalna, he was not given me satisfactory answar.
Please sir doing promptly needfull action for my claim payment. I also attached recived documents.

lic non receipt of proceeds of the matured policy
I had submitted my original policy, along with discharge certificate, a cancelled cheque on 7/6/2017 to your west tambaram branch, immediately on receipt their notice.
Despite many reminder dated 24/11/2017 and many emails dated 3/12/2018, 8/1/2018, 16/1/2018 and 20/1/2018 to your office ([protected]@licindia.com), i have neither received any reply or the proceeds credited to my bank account. I also could not contact them over phone. (Presently i am at bangalore) or visit their branch.
I shall be grateful for your speedy action in this regard.
