Icms Lic — Inordinate delay in payment of Maturity claim.

Sir,
I am having 2 policies bearing no. 1.[protected] & 2.[protected] due for maturity payment on 01.02.2022.
Two months are going to be elapsed, the concerned Branch Office is not in a position to settle my maturity proceed.
