Icms Lic — Maturity amount of Policy dated 08/09/2020 still not credited

Sir,
My policy number[protected] matured on 08/09/2020.
The original policy document was sent to Mumbai on 10/09/2020 under speedpost number "EM[protected]IN" along with cancelled SBI cheque and discharge form to LIC Salary Saving Scheme of Office in Mumbai. The above speedpost containing my original documents where received in Mumbai on 15/09/2020 as per post office tracker.
Till date I have not received any amount of my matured policy credited to my account. Please do the needful at the earliest.
