Can you please confirm my policy
Status.
I have paid the premium for the
Month of november 2017 on 2/12/2017. But it is showing not
Paid. It is paid by online through my login and i had received payment receipt as well.. Now i can not renew the next premium for the
Policy. When i am trying to pay the premium, it is showing
"no premium due"-screen shot attached.
My policy number[protected].
Name - vinod kumar. P
Then i have paid 3 premium instead of 2 on 23/05/2018 at branch office. That means which was paid on 02.12/2017 it is not considered.
