With reference to above, I had taken loan on policy the repaid by Cheque No - 637314Date: 04/08/2020 of Rs. 3, 00, 356.00 Unfortunately it got bounce we made online payment of Rs. 2, 02, 975.00 on Date: 10/08/2020 this payment not reflecting on online.
We want to repayment entire amount. Please send us exact amount outstanding.
we have also paid intrest of Rs. 25, 356.00 DD No 882536 Date: 07/10/2020
of SBI payable at Nagpur Reciept No -1675548 Date : 08/10/2020

We have taken the statment from the baranch and also form onlinr but the entries not reflected so i either update our loan account & inform the balance amount due, so that we can make full payment & close the account.
We followed up the branch bt they are not able to do it.
