I Rekha Singh, want to revive my policy number[protected], but my document images (TDMS) are not uploaded online, kindly upload images so that my signature can be verified and I would be able to revive the same policy. I gave many reminders but still no response because of which I am unable to revive my policy.
Kindly do the needful and revert.

This is to inform you that there is NON DEBIT of ECS of POLICY NO[protected] &[protected] since Dec-18, though there were enough amount for ECS debit in account.
I was come to know the same on 13th Nov'20. LIC have close both the policy without any information. This is really panic.
Because of the same now in system it is showing penalty ( LATE FEE ) to pay which is not acceptable as this is mistake by LIC team.
I have given written complain request to PRATAPNAGAR, VADODARA branch.
Request you to look in the matter immediately and remove the LATE FEE charges so I will pay the required ECS amount of till date.
