In idbi bank lb nagar branch hyderabad.in my account they have debited my money without my permission and they shown me a proof when i have asked in that proof there is not matching my sign and how will the bank transfer that transfer amount gone to unicef organisation 800 rupees on 07/08/2019. I want my money back into my account and in bank he said 800 will debited every month. Rbi iam saying iam student and will study through scholarship...

The bank manager of idbi dindori named mr swadesh loiya had misguide us regarding our home loan, he always irritated and misbehaved we are very disappointed with the services with bank due to the manager, we are already in loss stage so we are foreclosing our loan for that the manager was even not supporting...     Hello,
    I made a transaction on august 1 using my idbi debit card ending with 6126 to pay busindia (Bus ticket booking) for an amount of ₹390. The transaction was made on august 1, 11.13 am. After that my busticket was cancelled and refund was initiated by the busindia team but i didn't get my refund until now, even after 10 working days. I contacted idbi customer care team so many times but they gave me only false assurance that...

    My axis savings account was deducted by Rs.372 on 26th april
    I complained to idbi cc, the money got deducted because of EMI which got bounced and for that I upfrontly went to borivali mumbai branch and paid the overdue amount but still money was deducted, after following up for 4months and 400 mails chain, they agreed to pay my and asked for my bank details, but did not pay me yet and now they are not responding to my emails
    Issue was raised on 27th april 2019 and till date it stands unresolved

    Everyday cash counting machine is ruined and without this machine cash counter executive is not deposited cash everyday people are suffering from this problem please do the needful in urgent basis otherwise we are closing all accounts of our company from this bank.
    We are calling your account opening agent but he is not responding to us . He always gives an excuse that he is outside the bank . If you are not able to provide door to door customer service then we will go to close our account.

      I don't have records of having received the redemption value. Original bond is with me only.

        As i was trying to recharge my uts account so in between there was a network issue due to a sum of rupees 500 was lacked in between and was cut from my account by mistakely so due to which i m requesting to refund my money which have been gone by mistakely and i was trying it in second chance to get done but both the time the money have been deducted and it got success in second turn and the first money was cancelled by mistakely due to lack of network connection.

          महोदय मेंरा खाता संख्या [protected] आई0डी0आई0 बैंक की भीमताल शाखा में संधारित है। मेंरे द्वारा दिनांक 29.07.2019 को अपने उक्त खाते के ए0टी0एम0 के माध्यम से रूपये 410.00 मात्र के भुगतान हेतु अनुरोध किया गया, लेकिन उक्त भुगतान सम्बन्धित को नही हो पाया और मेंरे खाता संख्या [protected] से रूपये 410.00 मात्र की कटौती कर ली गई।

            I have savings account on idbi bank in karur branch on last 10 years, current 2019 year they are debited sms charges on around four times.

            Last february it self they debited one that time, i was asked them and they told this is current year sms charges and next month they debited that time as well i had asked them, they told this for last year

            Again it's happened i was asked they told reason this quterly will do this, i was accepted that time, and again it's happened day before yesterday, for again jan 19 to march 19th.

                  Manager is not here from last 15 days and all works of account holders are pending here so please take serious action against this. Customers were suffering alot due to inconvenience
                  I am coming from last 10 days and same answer from person working here that no manager is here and my important work is pending just because of manager absent. So its a humble request to take serious action so that people would connected with this bank.. Many account holder were closing their account due to inconvenience

                        I tried to withdraw cash 700/- from citi bank atm twice. According to the atm, it says amount cannot be something called withdrawn. The location is near doodenakundi, bengaluru, inside the mall.

                        But the balance got debited twice and i haven't got any cash.

                        Can you please help me out here? It's kind of very very urgent and to get the money as soon as possible.

                          There are many problems from banking side with customers:
                          1) sometimes we tried to withdrawl payment then issue created by your system that amount deducted from our account but not dispached through machines outside, and a customer waits for 15 days of that amount which one is credited back to our account, but simply this is not the customer problems it is your banking machine problem, so why suffer your customer 15days for that amount,
                          2) sometimes your banking staff not attending the customer after 4 pm working hours,, (Not for money withdrwal of diposit as well as not for passbook works. Is it ok to satisfied a cutomer according to you sir, please take action against it due to which your customer not suffers from these problems.

                              Dear sir,
                              I would like to inform you that i made a transaction with my idbi visa debit card ending in 6361 on amazon.in on 16th june 2019 for an amount of rs 799 which was cancelled and refund processed by amazon on 21st june 2019 for rs 799 with refund reference number:[protected].
                              Customer id: 5441047
                              Taking into consideration normal working days it should have credited into my account statement couple of days back itself which isn't the case till date, so i request you to "file a charge dispute" with "refund reference number:[protected] also provide a reference number for the charge dispute filed.
                              According to your banking policies it should have credited in 10 business at max. But its more than 20 days now and the amount isn't credited till date as of 8th july 2019.
                              Request you to kindly resolve the matter and credit the amount back into my account at the earliest.

                                  As i approached your employee with name sailendra of the branch for a small enquiry on behalf of my father since we had been waiting since morning at the showroom for the loan amount transfer, he was instantly rude with me. I am accounts officer with commercial taxes division (Hq), gangtok. The behaviour of his was very unprofessional. I am going to suggest everyone i know, not to open any account with the said branch and bank. Unprofessional people can ruin not just the day of the customers but also the reputation of the bank.

                                    I'm t. Rakesh sharma, s/o s. Thangaraj, i went to the idbi atm at chennai mahalingapur on 4/07/19... Time; 8:21 hrs... To recieve rs. 6500 but my transaction was failed and i didn't receive the money from the above mentioned atm... But i received a message from idbi bank that i debited rs.6500.
