IDBI Bond : folio no. IFD001843 IDBI Deep Discount Bond 1998-A

Please refer above Folio no. IFD001843 and note that all documents has already been sent to Hyderabad office long back.
Please note several reminders to Karvy sent for the redemption of IDBI Deep Discount Bond 1998-A, as per the requirement everything being sent to them long back, but still the redemption cheque not received.
After a long follow up now got to know that payments would be settled by NEFT and because name on the bond is “RUHI MUNSHI” which does not match with the name as per KYC “RUHI SAGIFTA MUNSHI”. So you need Gazette for changing name on the bond as per the KYC for processing the Redemption amount by NEFT.

Please note the Bond was taken in 19 Nov 1998 and my date of birth is 20 Jul 1996, i.e. I was 2 years old then.

On my all educational and other documents my name is RUHI SAGUFTA MUNSHI, I have already sent my Passport, PAN & Bank Passbook on 13 Jan 2017 by Courier.

After 19 years period the Redemption amount is only 23470/- which is too less. If I get the name change formalities done in GAZETTE it costs me almost Rs. 3300/- ( News Paper AD 1700 + Gazette 1100+ others 500)

Therefore what I suggest you that instead of remitting the Redemption amount by sending NEFT to Bank account please issue the cheque in favour of my name on the bond i.e. RUHI MUNSHI and send it to my residential address as per the KYC given: E-5 First Floor, Kailash Colony, New Delhi-110048.

Hope you would cooperate and send the Redemption Cheque to me in my favor as advised above without any further delay and oblige.
