[Resolved] IDBI Bank — issue in money transaction | |||
I have an account in idbi bank. Recently on 13th of january 2018 there has been a refund of rs.2136 initiated in my bank account through paytm, but my bank account is not reflecting the refund amount. For this i complaint on bank's website but there is no progress regarding the same. So, plz help me out. Please provide the customer id i have register mobile number is [protected] and i have register mail id is [protected]@gmail.com and My account no is [protected] i called to customer care and they saying visit the home branch but i con;t able to visit iam out off city my home branch is HSR Layout in Bangalore please help me ASAP.
