IDBI Bank — money deducted from bank but not received to amazon

On 12th nov 2018 i have pay rs 233.80 from my idbi bank to amazon. Money deducted from bank but amazon still says that this transaction not received to amazon. Amazon given me a proof for this transaction that not received to amazon.
My bank transaction id-upi/[protected]/amazon

I've called at amazon's customer care at least 30 times.
Amazon regularly says that the transaction not received to amazon.
I have attached a file that given by amazon.
(For this transaction i have used google pay app)

When I paid an UPI payment from Google Pay App, money deducted from bank but google pay app shown payment process pending And the 10-minute timer expired in Amazon .amazon showed the option of rewaise payment.
after a day I chek google pay transaction it shows transaction succesfull.
