IDBI Bank — Payment deducted but transaction declined please refund my money | |||||
Hi, My name is Tufan Chattaraj, Last Thursday (29th oct, 2015) i have paid of Rs.522.80 on gogiftacard.com website using Bank of India Master debit card online through IDBI Bank - Eazy2pay Payment gateway. Payment declined but the amount debited from my bank account. gogiftacard.com customer support is worst, they always said your money will be automatic refund to your bank account. i contact my bank and they said your transaction is successful. please refund my money as soon as possible.
