IDBI Bank — refund not remitted | |||||
I had bought a HP Laptop charger from my mom's account on Amazon - Order Ref[protected]Spet 2017) through IDBI Debit card which was linked to 2 accounts. Then I closed the account and cancelled the debit card. On APril 2018, the laptop was found defective and Amazon issued a refund to the same payment method used for purchase. I called up IDBI Customer care for help to which they replied to get the UTR no. & contact the branch. The branch has not provided any help; then I mailed the customer service. They too asked for all details but are not replying since 2 weeks. As per Amazon, If we don't have an account with the bank anymore, they'll issue a refund cheque to me. Please help.
