[Resolved] IDBI Bank — regarding banking accounts

There were 3 refunds initiated from paytm towards my idbi bank account. These three transactions were of 3901, 3070, and 1475 rupees respectively. But i didn't recieved the amount in my account. For this issue i contacted bank even i provided them the refund refrence number but still i am not getting any response from the bank. Plz help me on the issue.

Updated by aryanstar99 I received the refund of rs.3901. But still two refunds of 3070 and 1475 has not been processed. Plz help me. Thanks.
