IDBI Bank — Regarding delay in claim settlement under PMJJBY | |
My father had an insurance policy under pradhan mantri jeevan jyoti bima Yojana (PMJJBY) through IDBI BANK... Unfortunately he died on 22nd of july 2020, and for the same i as his nominee submitted all the details and completed paper work on 26th of August 2020 for the claim settlement... But till date claim has not been settled, even bank has no answer for that, they are just saying to wait and wait... For the same i would request you to please help me out and let my claim to be settled as soon as posible...
