I got the IDE enterprises number from website. The website mentioned like IFB serviced partner. We had called them for repair in Nov 2021 as the spin cycle was not working. The technician numbers 'Vinoth[protected]' & 'Raghu[protected]' came and done the service and also requested to add the AMC for two years. So i paid the amount Rs.9500 for adding the AMC.
Now again the machine spin cycle is not working. I unable to reach the IDE phone numbers. So i called to Raghu, he simply said: you can raise the police complaint. I have my original bill, but always no response from the cheating person. Waste of Money. How to Proceed. Was this information helpful? |
