I had a complaint regarding the door lock and tried calling the IFB tool-free number and booked a ticket about the complaint.
A person with an IFB uniform came for service and informed machine drum got a problem need to replace the drum and need to change the keyboard as well for the issue.
He said if both are done it will cost higher instead if we put AMC for rs. 10800 the drum and keyboard would be rectified within the AMC cost and would be valid for 2 years.
Based on the same we paid and the problem is also rectified but after 1.5 years again the same set of problems came and requested the IFB team to assign a technician to rectify it which we believed could be covered in the current AMC package.
But told the person who came from IFB gave a huge shock that, this is not our authorized service centre that this AMC would not be valid and need to pay again.
Request to accept this complain do the best to rectify this kind of cheating activities happening across the city and refund the amount if possible.
