Received a msg from IZ-IdeaCMS on 5th and 11th Jan 2014 , The msg is as follows : "Dear Customer, thank you for downloading Game Zone from Handygo. You have been charged Rs. 50." . This is not professional and I request Idea ppl to credit me with the amount deducted.Your customer care officials say "You downloaded it so it is deducted" but i dont even know this site.At total my Rs 100 were deducted.My no. is [protected] pls refund it Was this information helpful? I also Received this Type of same massage 20 time and Now My Bill Was Around 950 Though in reality I have never subscribed to any such service.
