[Resolved]  Idea — Balance deduction

Company deduct balance without information after calling in their customer care they informed that i pressed 123 through my cell phone to activate joke services and all. I didn't press any no. After asking for refund they told that the amount cannot be refund by us (Idea).

I facing this issue three time in august 2016
