I wanted to complaint regarding my bill, I was having 399/- i-plan on my number " [protected] ", I had 3 2g packs activated on my number, On 12/Nov/2014 I requested to change my data pack from 3 to 4, the plan got changed from your side but it was never changed form my side .
I always get a notification that you have 750 mb left which should be 1000mb, i complained it but nothing happened as they said in the bill it will be taken as 1000mb only.
In the bill generated for November ie. on 12/Dec, it was shown that free usage was 750 mb.
I complained again and the same thing happened with addition that "Sir, please use without fear you will not be charged for 1000mb", and I started using it .
Now my bill was generated that gave me a heart attack but I survive, bill of 2800/- with additional data usage above 750mb.
I started complaining from last one month but nothing happened till today and my number services are closed as well. And I am fed up of complaining again and again, you say the problem will be solved within 72 hrs but from last one month there 72 hrs haven't completed.
Now I don't want to use the services and don't want to pay the bill either, I had enough now.

I started complaining but nothing happened till yesterday, Today i got a sensible man who understood me, but he said we will be giving reversal till 1000 mb .
My argument is :
The notification because of this 750 mb confusion was the system fault, when i disconnect my data notification just shows unbilled amount and the number *44# somethnig shows the same. So I couldn't make out how much data I have used .
So, i want the compensation of all the data possible as it is your system fault/bug not mine .
Secondly, after complaining from last 1 month i should not be charged any late fees .
