[Resolved]  Idea Broadband Service — At plan of 2MBPS speed receiving is 0.5MBPS

Connection worked fine till March 2015, After that we always faced speed issue. In beginning they send there executive, still no proper solution, now from last two month we renewed our plan to 2MBPS speed, still facing same issue and no response from them. raised many tickets, there executive never showed.We have mailed even there aplate authority, still no response.
