I have recharge Rs 252 data recharge on 05 Feb 2017. Message has been received i.e. "Your data pack is activated and dont miss the dial *122# but data pack not yet received. After that I called four time to customer care regarding this problem. They told me so many option and I have done it also but the problem not resolved yet. One lady customer care attendant not hang up me my not attend properly. Tell me pl is that the procedure to attend the customer. I am the oldest customer of Idea. Now this time I unsatisfied from your customer care attendant. I am requesting you tell how i will refund my deducted Rs 252.
