[Resolved] Idea Cellular — 3g data validity reduced

I recharged my phone on 12/01/2016 with 147 Rs. But on the next day i came to know that i had been given just 2 days validity where as it should have to be of 28 days. when i tried calling customer complaint they denied me for the benefit and put my no. into a black list. and since then i'm not able to use the internet so i must get a proper benefit against this third class service.
Another thing is that i'm bearing with the call drop problem whenever i try to call someone it just shows busy network with sounding bips
