[Resolved] Idea Cellular — 3G services - Falls Information given by executive to get his product sold | |||
Dear Concerned, With a very high regret i m drafting this email, which define falls information given to a customer like me to get your product sold.I have activated the 3G plan 2GB on my number on 24th Nov 14, which i consumed by 13 Dec 14. Then i got a call from a lady from idea, she ask me to upgrade the services to Rs. 650/- plan which is unlimited. I asked her that i will do it later. On 14th i called 12345 idea customer care to inquire about 650 plan o[censored]nlimited, that gentlement explain me the plan. When i asked him about the charges, he told me nothing will be charged extra to you as you are upgrading to a new unlimited plan. He explained me further that Rs. 450 of 2GB will be charged to me plus Rs. 195 will be charged on pro-rata basis for activating a new plan.On his confirmation i request him to activate the Rs. 650 plan for 3G unlimited. And again on Confirmation i started using the internet on my cell. Now the issue is... I received my December month bill of Rs. 1675/- Idea charged me Rs. 629 for my internet uses. As per them i use this chargeable service between 24th Nov to 13 Dec 14. I am very disappointed with this kind of wrong mis-guiding services of yours. Your representatives gives a customer a wrong info about the product.I am clearly mentioning you that, i am not going to pay this charges. I want this charged to be reversed. Why you charged me Rs. 300/- against 2GB plan instead of Rs. 450/- Why should i pay Rs. 630 extra for not charging me Rs. 150 of 2GB plan. I want the charges to be reversed ASAP. I M NOT GOING TO PAY. IF CHARGES ARE NOT REVERSED I WILL STOP ALL UR SERVICES AND I AM READY TO TAKE THIS ISSUE TO HIGHER AUTHORITIES AS WELL.
