[Resolved] Idea Cellular — 53010 - rs. 10 is charged every two days once. | |||
Every two days, i receive a message from 53010 stating "dear customer, you have been charged rs. 10 and your current balance is rs xxx". Without my permission they just deduct my balance and i didn't get any details regarding the deduction of my balance. So i called the idea customer care, and they say that i had purchased the game but i didn't purchased any game. The phone which i am using an normal hand set can support no game. It does not have the facility to install the game or app. So i called up idea customer care again but they keep on saying the same again and again that i've bought the game. Kindly note that i have contacted the idea call centre 6 - 7 times and went to idea showroom in person for 3 - 4 times. I have lost around rs. 500. Still the issue is not yet resolved.
