This is regarding my barred number and abusive talk with one of your customer care executive naming brajesh_yadav01. Yesterday only my number is ported to IDEA and I faced a problem which I have never assumed. This customer care representative has used abusive words against me on Saturday but today again the same representative has barred my connection without my request to take a kind of revenge from me.Due to this I am facing problem on my second day of connection. Also I want to mention one more thing that we are connected with IDEA through CUG from past few years but never faced this kind of issue but this time this representative has spoiled every connection. As a customer this is my humble request to you please check call recordings and take action against him. Call me for further discussion on this. [protected]
