[Resolved] Idea Cellular — [protected] Invalid billing charges & not paying the invalid charge amount

i buy an corporate plan of idea for my computer center of monthly rental of rs 199 which includes free group calling service on group numbers firstly i buy 3 connection then i add on more connection in this group but the 4 number is not group calling free and & get charged from idea i complaint about this to custemer care & requested to repay the amount which is wrongly charged to me since last 4 months but idea doesnt do that & still now i am having charged for the number so pls help me i am helpless cause they they answer me to visit idea office i do this all but my problem is not solved so pls help me for getting wrongly charged & tell me how can i get justice & how can i complaint of idea
i place this complaint on this forum on 29/8/16 but still their is no responce from idea then plsss help me & tell that how can i get justice
