[Resolved] Idea Cellular — a guy using idea number has cheated me

A guy from hyderabad has cheated me.. He promised me to send a mobile on courier... But he just sent a document instead... I've no information about him... But i know that this is a idea number.. So can u please help me find who that guy is... [protected] I just want to know his name and adress So that i can go to him directly..
