Idea Cellular — About a unfair bills

Dear sir/mam
My idea number [protected] is dissconnected from three months and i payed a bill of 11500 and still after permanently dissconnected your company is making my dues amount.your company employee Mona gave me the waiver of 2800 of amount and said u dont hve to pay any more amount in future then how come again you people are generating my bills.you people lie every time and i will case a file against u all.i am not going to pay anymore now..resolve my issue soon otherwise i will case a file in consumer court.
