[Resolved] Idea Cellular — about network related issue

We are facing network issued related to idea showing network bars but unable to make calls, getting call failed regularly. Able to see signal bars when some one calls me they are getting out of coverage area.. Recently i complainted and i got a call from service centre i got a call that your problem has resolved. But my problem hasn't resolved. My problem was not yet resolved. They are not working on it and saying your problem is resolved. Hope this time my problem will get resolved. There is idea tower near by 2 km from my village on both east and west.. Why don't they increase signal frequency. Will you resolve my problem or do i need to take step forward. This is not my first complaint

Updated by phanni i dont need any appologies mam, i just need solution to my problem. why dont they increase signal frequency of present tower.. Earlier we use to get good signal recently only this call failed problem has araised ask them why this problem has araised.?

Updated by phanni We are frequently getting call failed in connected call...call is getting disconnected in middle of my call. Frequently I used to get call failed and message sending failed eventhough there is network bar . What is this we are paying for u . U need to do justice to what we pay!!

WEe are facing this since a year frequently I’m complaining with a hope that my complaint will be resolved. Why don’t you hike the frequency of our near by tower ?!
