Sir/Madam,
My concern about the bill for my billing period is as under:
I am very frustrated with wrong billing charges. I have been charged with some random subscription services worth
feture charges 75.00 wrong charge
VAS Charges 1478.48 wrong charge
Roaming charges 33.70 ok
service tax 278 extra charge
This sevices were not subscribed by me. Now, When i checked bills, I also noticed 1478 Rs charged by these subscription sevices in month of feb and it is totaly wrong. charges.
When i noticed this wrong charges i contacted idea customer care and unsubscribed those services asap. They also mentioned these are 3rd party services and could be automatically subscribed when clicked on internet adds.
But how idea can charge its customer without customers consent for 3rd party services. This services were recurring and were automatically renewed. I feel cheated.
I am unable to pay bill feb month bill of 2226 Rs. This is my first complaint, before i called Idea Customer Care but issue was not resolved.
I wish to pay the bill as soon as these unlawful charges are deducted from my bill and i request u to get into the matter and solve it immediately totally disappointed customer of idea
