Broadband Account no[protected] I was using Idea broadband in 2016 and continued to use it only till Feb 2017. After that I informed the customer care representative that I am shifting out of Pune and please disconnect the service. Now I get a mail from Idea that my billed amount is RS 2695. I have not used the services and informed the customer care team still I am being given notice and asked to pay extra amount for something that I didn't even use.
