Hi, I contacted customer care on 22nd December for converting my 2G pack with 3G. It was done but without telling the charges which is horribly too much. And one SMS pack was also activated without any request. Your customer service person didn't mention the charges for 3G service. It was hidden and for this month my bill is rs1300. This is highly unprofessional. If I had been told about the charges definitely I wouldn't have opted for that. It was done without any confirmation. I want these charges to be reversed. I will apply for portability for sure once I come back to my network area. Every month they charge too much but this time it is too much. If this is the way to give service which is highly unmatched for the charged price, definitely you are going to loose lot of customers. If these charges are not reversed will have to go to consumer forum. And your customers service person told the price of pack for free incoming call in roaming as Rs. 45, whereas rs. 75 have been charged for the same in bill. Don't cheat people like this.
