[Resolved] Idea Cellular — Adding wrong charges to my bill.

I am using Idea mobile number since last 15 years and I never had a issue but now the company added Rs 550 charges for sending sms to invalid numbers which are of 11 and 12 digit. They are adding Rs5 per sms charges. I have not sent any sms to anyone and the numbers to which the sms shown are also shown as spam numbers on Truecaller app. I called customer care, registered complaint but my issue is not resolved and they are trying to steal money from their customers. Jun 19, 2020 Updated by Abhinav_123 Update as on 19/6/20:- The customer care called me thrice on timestamps as 8:20 A.M., 9:25 A.M. and 11:47 A.M but they didn't talk and instead as soon as I received the call I heard a small beep and the call got autodisconnected.
