[Resolved] Idea Cellular — additional charges in bill and exploiting customers

Can you provide me with the break ups for rs 500 charged to me as mobile bill for rs 99 retension plan. I want the details of each break up charged to me and on what charge is levied for?
This is with reference to the complaint i raised earlier regarding my bill. I didn't get a proper answer from your side. I am in uae and not using my idea number for any calls.
