[Resolved] Idea Cellular — Amount debit but didn't recharge in mobile number [protected]

I recharged[protected] at 9 pm thru net banking. Share with you mobile no-[protected]. Amount deducted but recharge not successful. Please find the attachment & resolve this issue on priority.
How i this possible my amount was deducted and mobile number recharge unsuccessfully.
I am very disappointed with your service.
Care person also ignore me they can't confirm any payment receipt.
Please find the attachment & revert me on priority.

Respected Sir,

I bought idea new sim card from a shop at pattabiram, chennai on dated 13.01.2017 and there were i also submitted all necessary documents. but yet now (19.01.2017) the sim is not activated, what is the reason and why so delay in activation.

Please take necessary action to activate immediately.

MUSIC 360 service got activated on its own without any prior intimation.. I am using idea postpaid for [protected].message says that 75 rs got deducted.please process the refund asap.
I am using the since past 3 years and never faced such discrepancy.. Please act swiftly
