Idea Cellular — Amount debited from Bank but no recharges done

Dear Sir/Madam: I Gopesh Chandra Biswas, had done online recharges into my 3G data card vide SIM no.[protected] and transaction ID no.DUTI[protected], dated 19.06.2015. Report also shows recharge successful, but no recharges done in SIM. Kindly look into its details, so that recharge can be get or refund into Bank account. The amount for Rs.248/-.
