[Resolved]  Idea Cellular — ​Amount deducted, but no balance

Amount deducted, but no balance I recharged 2G unlimited data service of Rs.1000 online from ideacellular.com, the amount has deducted but no balance came in my account . It is very first time when Idea disappointed me in 12 months relationship with the company. I contacted to CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE twice and they stated that they told they will reverse back the money to my account (answer didn't satisfied me), then what's the benefit of instant service. They also states that if was an invalid transaction then the amount would be refunded to my bank account. I want Idea to taken care this as soon as possible.
